Dagmar Daley SS15 by Elena Kost

Dagmar Daley worked in architecture and design before starting her line of kids clothing. Her stylish, simply detailed pieces are inspired by the pure and natural beauty of children and their imagery of childhood. The collections feature timeless designs, quality fabrics and fine detailing, all produced in San Francisco.

Lucky to work with some of the most hardworking local family factories in the Bay Area, Dagmar guarantees quality but more important it gives us understanding and compassion for the few remaining factories struggling to provide local manufacturing services.

Dagmar Daley’s S/S15 campaign was shot by Monika Kost, also based in California. Monika likes to see the world in a different light and as real as it can be. She is known for creating emotions, setting moods and little visual poems in her photos. A great match with Dagmar’s approach to design.

Florence Rolando (journalist, co-founder of Bubble Trade Shows) was the original Founder of Pirouette in early 2009. Pirouette blog* has been a reference in the industry since it started with its combined business and consumer view of the children’s market. A fantastic resource for children’s fashion, design, trends and culture, it aims to support creativity and talent but it also does this by talking about life, family, culture and health.

Florence is an international leader in the industry (8 years as a Milk Collaborator, contributor to Naif Magazine in Spain, co-founder of Bubble Trade Shows in New York and London).
