Pillows that rock by Gabriela Pardo

Exhibiting at Playtime New York for the first time , Gabriela Pardo was born in Colombia. She studied Industrial Design in her country before moving to New York where she graduated in Marketing and Communication. Now based in Berlin, Germany, Gabriela dedicates all her time to her eponymous brand.

Gabriela Pardo’s pillows, made of organic cotton, are sold in about 40 stores around the world, including Takashimaya (Tokyo), Plum kids Store (Beirut), Galaxy (Zurich), Peanuts (Tel Aviv). The brand is also available online via Supermarkethq.

About Playtime New York, Gabriela says : “We have been very lucky participating in Playtime; we have been twice in Paris and this year we wanted to do New York and Tokyo. Playtime is a wonderful fair from brands like mine, the possibility to meet so many buyers and interact with other brands is great. In New York and we hope to have the same experience like in Paris; our esthetic is very colourful and I feel people could respond in a positive way. Also New York is a city that I keep close to my heart.”
