UV protection is a big concern for many parents. Sun creams can be as dangerous as the sun itself, acting as a bad chemical cocktail on the skin, under high heat. In this context, UV blocking fabrics seem a good option to keep kids safe at the beach. British brand Sunuva proposes a line of stylish UV protective children’s swimwear.

Launched by Emily Cohen and Sabrina Naggar, Sunuva is already well distributed worldwide, in departments stores (Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Barneys), in independent boutiques and in luxury resorts such as One&Only and Four Seasons Hotels (Kuda Huraa, Langkawi, Mauritius, Koh Samui, Maldives, Landaa Giravaaru, Reethi Rah, etc). This summer, the line will also be available at the Heidi Klein pop up boutique in the Port of Montenegro.

Co-Founder Emily recently took a sourcing & pleasure trip to India with her mother, spending time in New Delhi, Jodhpur, and Rajashan.  This will explain the  Indian elephants and Nepalese buddhas printed on Sunuva’s new collection.
