Little Icon’s brand portfolio & 2013-2014 news :
Finger in the Nose, continues to grow both within the Uk and within the loyal boutiques that have supported them for years. Girls in particular has expanded in the collection and now represents a really strong element for the brand. Boys and girls, trend setters and cool kids from age 2 – 16 years.
American Outfitters, simple, fashionable clothing for kids. A lot of attention is given to quality and American Outfitters is famous for its creativity and its sense of detail. For boys functional and durable with a collegiate feel. For the girls, fashion and femininity with a quirky twist. Belgian kidswear at its best.
Pale Cloud, “childrens daily couture”, high quality fabrics and yarns are used to bring to life their fashion forward styles for girls aged 4-14 years. Marion Reynolds set to work creating their first collection for Autumn Winter 2011. There was an overwhelming worldwide response from press and boutiques for the first collection. Celebrities and royalty are now flying the flag for Pale Cloud as it becomes the collection of choice for their children. Now stocked at Children Salon, Harvey Nichols and Not So Big in the UK.
Gro, ingenious, comfortable and contemporary, the Danish GRO collections are for girls and boys from newborn to 12 years. The relaxed mood comes through in playful sweats, t’s and clever contemporary shapes for trousers for the boys. Perfectly formed skirts, dresses, leggings and fashionable tops create a ballerina mood for girls!
La Loi, launched in October 2012, La Loi debuted as an exclusive capsule collection of digitally printed unisex leggings. Kate Law’s strong background in editorial design with a 13-year relationship with i-D dominating her career as Art Director, means the prints we offer in the collection are remarkable, unique and totally inspiring for kids and adults alike. The production and print techniques used mean the leggings last a lifetime and the prints continue to shine. Aimed at boys and girls aged 2 – 10 years. Due to demand we are launching a capsule collection of the popular prints for ages 10 – 16 years, available from 2014 at selected stores, available to all from Aw2014.
In June 2013 we began working with Boys&Girls for SS2014. London based, the designers understand that “Out to Play” and “Created with Care” are two very important mantras for parents and kids. Based around a core range of simple sweat shapes their clothes are colourful, comfortable, modern & fun. Using GOTS certified organic cotton– soft yet strong with that EXTRA feel-good factor. Vibrant clothes for babies, toddlers and kids, 0 12 years. Aw2014, expansion of baby range due to huge sales success for Aw2013.
Etiquette Clothiers. “The worlds most proper basics”. The collection originates from America and the focus is on the essentials—underwear, socks and accessories made of the highest quality materials—for men, women, children and babies alike. They boast the top accounts across the world on their website. Most importantly for our customers the baby gift boxes are a huge success and are available to order throughout the year. Retailing for around £21 they are perfect for the baby gift market, colourful baby socks in the perfect gift box- easy!
New for Aw2014 at Little Icons:
Miss Hall, a fresh new British brand for girls, focusing on classic everyday pieces, beautiful and wearable. Rebecca Hall has a passion for colour, print and the perfect finish. The range is made in England from luxurious, high-quality cotton and combines clean and sophisticated design with a muted colour palette for girls aged 4-12 years. Vibrant bursts of colour give classic shapes a current feel that will appeal to mothers of little girls and delight older girls who are developing their own style.
COMING SOON: I can let you know about one more brand for AW2014 in November when everything is agreed. A collection already with its British fans!
