Enchanted vintage bestiary

Lou Rota was working as a TV producer on science and natural history documentaries and, in her spare time, she was customising vintage and salvaged objects, from plates to chairs, with her own distinctive modern take on the traditional art of decoupage. That’s how she started her business, now well established, sold at Liberty of London, notonthehighstreet.com, Caravan, Anthropologie (anthropologie.com and anthropologie.eu) and Fleux in Paris. Lou’s distinctive tableware can now also be purchased direct from her newly launched website www.lourota.com.

Florence Rolando (journalist, co-founder of Bubble Trade Shows) was the original Founder of Pirouette in early 2009.
