Raspberry leaf and sage tea
Raspberry leaves are well known for balancing female hormones, whilst sage is good for reducing sweating. Combine the two and we have a refreshing drink that can help reduce the effects of hot flushes and night sweats.
Both are easily either grown, found in local stores, or even foraged if you know what to look for.
Method
After washing the leaves simply crush them gently in your hand place in a suitable container and pour over the freshly boiled hot water.
Rest for 10 minutes allowing the leaves to infuse. Remove the leaves after this time so the tea remains fresh.
Drink sparingly throughout the day (not suitable if pregnant)
Ingredients
1 tbsp fresh raspberry leaves
1 tbsp fresh sage leaves
400 ml hot boiled water
