We had a pleasant surprise yesterday morning passing by Selfridges. The whole store windows are decorated with dots in honour of the new Louis Vuitton lie with Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama

Years ago we bought the big Yayoi Kusama leather pillow at YoyaMart in New York. My kids loved it at first sight.  Now every time we come across an exhibit or a piece of art by Kusama, they shout “YAYOI!”. That was the case yesterday when they discovered the wax statues of the artist in the windows of Selfriges. The perfect way to soften that little apprehension of the first day in school!
