Arriving to a cold and clear London for the 9th edition of Dot to Dot was rather lovely. Pirouette attended on Monday (day 2 of the show) to find our Pirouette One to Watch winners. Fortunately there were lots of young fledgling labels to discover at the show, which was helpful!
Show directors Carly and Nicole looked fresh faced and happy post Luna (UK) mag launch the previous day. Lots of press were in attendance on the Monday which is always nice to catch up. Lets take a look at the #09 edition of the show….

New discoveries…
There’s a huge amount of shearling around at the moment. That said the whimsical characters and simple, yet interesting lace up design of the shoes pictured by Korean label Hetzbebe stood out at Dot to Dot. Fun, quirky and appealing.
Repurposed Levis denim collection – simple and functional classic children’s pieces, dungarees and pants. Preloved to be loved again. The beauty of the brand is they manufacture in-house making every piece unique. Add to this the oversizing (always love turn ups) and this is a nice functional sustainable piece of children’s clothing – boy/girls..brothers/sisters.
Style focus…
Really loved Hannah & Tiff’s AW18 colour palette, berry tones, moss greens warm and luxurious.
Amy & Ivor
Sweet flower prints from Amy & Ivor – adorable!
Organic Zoo
For the organic and stylish baby, we love Organic zoo! wonderfully soft, great quality.
#CoupDeCoeur
#CoupDeCoeur Grass & Air – child engaging & safety aware
One look at the Grass & Air products and it’s evident that they have made a huge investment into the engineering and technology of these pieces. In their words this “urban outdoor children’s clothing” label puts safety, practicality and child engagement at the core of their collection. Rain drop graphics that change colour in the wet are used on both the wellington boots and umbrella. My favourite discovery was the lightening print on the waterproof jacket’s arms were also light reflecting – lovely smart design. This is a clever, practical outerwear brand, we can see them doing very well in the future.
#CoupDeCoeur Lala & Pom – Bowie Love!
First foray into knitwear from accessories label Lala & Pom, loved the Bowie inspired poncho.
