It’s very sad news to see that The Bright Company have decided to discontinue their label. The Bright Company produced sleepwear that lead the way with their organic cotton & sustainable/ ethical production 10 years ago.
Challenges such as Brexit, the global pandemic and weakened economies have proved in their words ‘one challenge to far’. These are all pressing issues, not to mention the war in Europe that are causing huge problems for brands using high quality fabrics and ethically run factories. Inflation is causing al sorts of pain for small to mid size labels.
I’m sure the experience, and knowledge gathered by the founders will not be lost, and will in due course put to good use in other ventures.
They are running a closing down sale online with as they say crazy reductions so make sure to bag yourself a pair of the best quality & coolest The Bright Company PJ’s – sale runs until the 31 March.
