Playtime New York had over 180 labels exhibiting this time round and what a fun and exciting show it was. Arriving from Europe it was really interesting to meet labels from the US, South America and Canada. Once again there were many labels manufacturing in their country of origin with an emphasis on conscientious sourcing. A trend we keep seeing, if it carries on maybe it will just become the norm amongst independent brands!
We’d just like to say a huge thank you to the team at Playtime for all their help both during and before the shows, there is so much to fit in during the show it’s great to have them at hand for both exhibitors and press to make sure everything runs smoothly ….Merci Beaucoup !
So, following on from London and Paris here are our Playtime New York Pirouette One to Watch winners for ‘Children’s Fashion & Accessories’ and ‘Children’s Design’ …

Loopy Mango is known for their incredible chunky adult knits but have recently ventured in the children’s market with a new MINI line of their DIY kits.
