Travelling to Switzerland is like walking in a postcard. Cliches there are reality out there: green grass, white mountains, blue lakes, cows and bells, geranium & flags on balconies…We always have fun in Switzerland and there is so much to dbe seen in that tiny country : Therme Vals, Aletsch Glacier, Musee de l’Elysee, Zermat, Grimentz, Gruyere to name only a few. But there is a very special place not to be missed in the Helvetic Republic, the largest chalet in the country (115 windows!), located in Rossinière near Gstaad, bought by the painter Balthus in 1976. Widow of  painter and current owner, the Comtesse Setsuko Klossowska de Rola, intends to transform the property into a museum dedicated to the memory of the great Swiss painter. We can’t wait to get in.
