A Look At… Osamu Yokonami Japanese photographer born in Kyoto in 1967.
Yokonami is based in Tokyo and graduated from the Visual Arts College Osaka. His work, which ranges from personal projects to commercial commissions, is widely known in Japan. There is a recurring eeriness to his work, do check his series titled The Assembly and also his most recent project, 100 Children, featuring portraits of schoolgirls dressed in the same outfits and photographed with a fruit on their shoulder…
